I can get the room opened...I get done with class at 11:35. I'll use it if others do, otherwise it would be weird to be the only one sitting in the conference room.... |

Perhaps we should make a sign, explaining what's going on so if we should want or need to leave we can legitimately leave the door open for that time period? |

Please be aware that the room should be kept locked if no one is there. Do not leave any of your personal things when you walk out for short breaks, if there is nobody in the room. When leaving the room for short breaks keep the door closed (although not locked). There are audio video sets and other college items there. When a room is reserved, the group which requested the room will be responsible for the safety of all the items in that room! So, one of the three presidents of the Club will have to be in-charge. At the end of the reserved time, you will have to make sure it gets locked and there was no trash of any kind left on the desks, etc. I will also check if there are any other policies you should be aware of, if you are using that room without a faculty present in the vicinity. Thanks! That'd be great. If we can't meet the requirements posed by the school....let's create new places and times for studying and then only request the room for our monthly meetings. |
