you get it by now.
If you already know your availability that day and know when you can assist, please make it known here.
Also, if you make a verbal confirmation with someone post for them here.  It'll be nice to have everything in one place.

I am available:
9:30 - 10:30am
11:30 - noon
1:05 - 3pm
Kind of some strange short pockets but I'm not sure yet how I feel about missing class.  I'll know if I can extend those times more closer to the date.

I'm not sure where they are going to unload.  Either on the street just past the t-building (spruce), or right on hennepin.  I think spruce.

We are supposed to designate where they unload refer to your earlier post and my response in the getting organized section.  Unless maybe Parke or Kirk has already done this?

ya the loading dock is a good idea the freight elevator empties right into the cafeteria as well people might have a hard time finding their way there though.

I've created a folder in the e-mail account for volunteers, we have 3 besides us and the usual suspects.
So.
If anyone you talk to voices interest, please have them send an e-mail there, this way I can remind them all easily closer to the date.
