I recently talked to Parke.  He is talking with Joe over at Joe's Garage.  He's trying to get it organized so that we can have a couple telescopes set up on the deck upstairs from 7-10 pm that night.

Okay so we need to do some delineation of tasks....

Who can contact and be in contact with the Astronomy professor and organize their sign up for shows and send them e-mail reminders?

Who can stay in contact with Parke and the Exploradome folks about stuff?  Tanya?

Who can find out how to get the popcorn thing, how to set it up, how to return it, and how to get and where to refill the water containers?  Ben?

Who can get in contact with Kris K. and let her know about fliers?

Who can work with Kris to get the fliers up?

I can contact Kris for sure as I see her 4 days a week!

Who else can we get to volunteer on the day and how can we get really nice photos?

I'm a-okay for the astronomy class stuff and the exploradome people & Parke stuff.  
No time for the others.  Sorry.  

Okay, that means between the two of us, the only tasks left are:

*popcorn, water logistics
*fliering

We talked to Tara Martinez today after Student Senate...things are mostly set up for the popcorn and popcorn machine.  She's having an Open House from 10 am-1 pm that day on the second floor of the Helland center, so she may want to use the popcorn machine for a while during that time.  I think Ben or Bryan are going to deal with the water thing...Tara said that getting the water holder thing from the school food people (yeah I know, my descrïptive words are crappy) shouldn't be a problem at all.
