There is a club fair next Wednesday (Jan. 23) from 10 am-1 pm.  Do we want to do anything?

Yeah, let's see if we can get the time covered.  For instance, I can do set up and sit until 10:15am.  
We still have the poster and sign up sheet and clip board from last semester.  We can add photos from this up and coming meeting.  Let's be sure to take lots and lots of pictures of everything.  Also if there's any photos of th exploradome we could promote this event then as well.  

So, who can meet from 10:15 - ??

I unfortunately have class until 11:35 am.  But I could easily be there from 11:45 am until 1 pm.  

I would also love to sit.  I will try to rig a demo of my lifter this weekend.  Perhaps a poster and a running loop video.  I also have a poster of a distributed computing protein folding program and there is also an online galaxy catalogging program.  We could showcase these things.

Do you know what time you can sit?  I think the protein poster is good, and we can use one of our laptops to show the online galaxy cataloging program.  Whats the site for the galaxy thing, I'll take a look ahead of time.  I'll also print color brochures of the exploradome.

Kirk recommended that we have the science club webpage up on a computer.  I also talked to Jessica Quirk, she said she would see if she and Jessica Westburg could get something together from the squirrel project.

Okay so I'll be there at 9:45am to set stuff up.  I talked with Kirk and know how to find him to get that poster and he is going to try to burn a DVD of the bridge demolitions.  In the least he'll print pics of the bridges for us.  If any one else can print color pics, please do so!  If you need pics, I know that Tanya, Kirk and I have them...I'm not sure who else does.
What I want to know and don't is:

Who is sitting from 10:15 - 1pm?

Kris Keel will be there from 10:15-11.  I haven't found anyone for the 11-11:45 shift, so I'll probably end of leaving chem 30 minutes early and stay from 11-1.  I would love it if other science club people could stop by during those times and keep me company.  :-)
