After the meeting tomorrow, but sometime before the Exploradome event on the 20th, when should we meet?

Perhaps we could stay after the meeting on the 1st for an hour?

Does that work for anyone?

Works for me, although an hour before the meeting also works if that is better for everyone else.

I think the burger and beer deal sounds great, and as long as it's Science Fridays and in no way connected to the MCTC Science Club we'll be fine.

It's not Science Friday though, it's an officer's meeting.  Can it be an unofficial officer's meeting?  And why is it an issue if no one's getting drunk and no one's using mctc money?  A beer with a meal?  Just raises no red flags in my mind.

This will be an unofficial officer's meeting after the regular science club meeting.  Thus:  no beverage restrictions.

Kirk and Parke will also be in attendance.

I am sorry once again I missed the meeting. I just got home 15 minutes ago. I was on my way to the meeting this afternoon when a senior driver ramped my car at an intersection near my house ( the hit was quite extensive that forced my car to be towed. I have to go to that senior's insurance body repair shop to fix my car and give me a temporary rent car. Apparently, that lady doesn't include car rent to her insurance which mean that I have no car. So, I have to wait for my brother to pick me up. Sorry that I could not get to you any sooner because Ido not have your phone number nor the other officer's.

fantastic he is still interested in being an officer.  is he a member of the forum yet maybe he could better participate in this way.  There will be less pressure for him to come to every meeting which at this point seems very difficult.  We should also enquire if he can help with the exploradome.

     

Bryan I must admit that the even with the help of the emoticons it's still very difficult to pick up tone in just a few sentences.
Nevertheless, I did Santoso back to let him know that the forum was a great way to be  a part of the club regardless of meeting attendance.

Soooo, I'm 97% sure that my new schedule will begin on Monday (I've got some weird-o documentation issues that threaten to hose up the works but I think I've got everything straightened out....).
And so my availability for officer's meetings and my being around campus will change as well.  
I thought it'd be helpful if y'all knew these changes, especially since it's kind of hard to get a hold of me.
Monday, Wednesday, and Fridays: I'll be around for about an hour before my Chem class, 9:30 - 10:30am.
Tuesdays: I'll be around for about an hour and a half before my Chem lab, 12:30 - 2pm.
Thursdays: not at all.

Just a heads up!
I'll miss seeing you all....perhaps we could study together M,W,F mornings or something.
